People have different views on what exercise is appropriate when ttc, especially during the two week wait. Most say that if you have been doing a certain type of exercise all along, then continuing to do it should be fine. For those of us who don’t exercise much, we should refrain from starting anything strenuous at this time. That does not give you a pass to be lazy, it just means that you should choose lower impact exercising, like walking or swimming, as opposed to running a marathon.

Many people swear by the benefits of yoga, but be sure to do your research and make sure your instructor knows you are ttc, especially if you are in the two week wait.
